Earls Collection Refund Policy

 

SALE ITEMS

 

ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns on sale items. This includes exchanges and store credits unless faulty.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If your item is deemed faulty - our customer care team will provide options in line with the Consumers Guarantee Act.

All items purchased using a discount code are also considered final sale.

 


 

FULL PRICED RETURNS

 

Please email support@earlscollection.com with your order number, stating the reason for wanting a return or refund.

We will happily accept returns on full priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be made within 14 days for a refund or credit note. If you exceed this time, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns once approved must be returned within 5 days of initiating the return. Returns posted after 5 days may be returned back to you.

Original shipping costs are not refunded as this is the original cost to get the item sent to you.

All returns must be approved by the support team before getting underway. No exceptions. We will not be responsible for parcels sent without approval, to incorrect addresses or without tracking details.

When a product has a minor fault, we do not have to offer a replacement or refund for a minor fault, although we can choose to do this. We are entitled to offer to repair the product at our cost. If however your item was faulty and you qualify for a refund we will reimburse your return shipping costs once the garment(s) have been received.

Socks and underwear cannot be returned for a refund or exchange due to change of mind or wrong size for hygiene reasons.

Orders are unable to be cancelled once placed. You will need to follow the normal returns procedure to return the item to us.

Pre-sale items are also unable to be cancelled, please read the shipping timeframes on the product listing prior to purchase if you need to receive an item within a certain time.

To maintain the high standards of our brand, we kindly request that all returned items are in their original condition, with no signs of wear, including deodorant, hair/animal hair and/or makeup marks.

We understand that trying on clothing may result in slight creases or wrinkles, but we cannot accept items that have been visibly worn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this requirement. In such cases, the garments will be shipped back to the customer at the customers’ cost, and a refund will not be processed.

 



RETURNS PROCESS

 

All Returns and Refunds are Shipped at the Expense of the Customer.

All returns once approved must be returned within 5 days of initiating the return. Returns posted after 5 days may be returned back to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of tracking so we can track the return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return if you do not track the item (normal lost parcel terms apply).

Original shipping costs are not refunded as this is the original cost to get the item sent to you.

Please note, that local post services can take 5–10 business days to return your parcel with international returns having extended delivery times. Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

 


 

EXCHANGES

 

Please be advised that due to the limited availability of items, we encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and returning the original item for store credit. We are then able to process a refund for the original item once we receive your return back to our warehouse.

 


 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Original shipping costs are not refunded as that is the cost to get the package to you originally.

Sale items are final sale - these products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 


 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend that you first verify your bank account for any updates, as it may take time for the refund to be reflected.

 Subsequently, please contact your credit card company to confirm that the refund is being processed. Your bank account may impose their own processing times for refunds. Should you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@earlscollection.com for further assistance.
